1-Inspection is completed by a qualified inspector and includes interior, exterior, electrical, plumbing, Mechanical, and roof. Inspections become available after 3 (Three) consecutive paypents of $36.50. Inspections for pool and structutal not included but may be available at a discounted price. 2-NeighborPass allows existing members to share savings with family, friends, neighbors who are non members. Members receive one pass each month. Each NeighborPass is worth $100 and can be used on labor cost for any REVi Advantage service. Only one pass may be used per visit. NeighborPass has no redeemable cash value. 3-Discounts are 10% for all services up to $2,500. Discounts increase to 15% for all services $2501.00+. Discounts are applied to the final pretax total. 4-Enjoy discounts of .5% off of standard 6% real estate commission for buying or selling. Discount only applies when using a REVi Advantage Partner Realtor. 5-All labor is warrantied for the life of the membership. This means that as long as the membership is active the warranty will be enforce. If a membership is cancelled, warranty will be good for up to 90 days after non renewal. Warranty will be void if another company or person tampers with the work provided by REVi Advantage.
